Positive: Friendly staff that was very accommodating. Clean and comfortable housing with thoughtful touches like robes, makeup towel, Kleenex/tissues, laundry powder, and coffee bar. Bathroom was large and had good water pressure. Check in and out process was easy.
Negative: Minor comments that didn’t impact our overall enjoyable stay. LR could have used a non-overhead lamp. Lighting color temperature throughout was cold and harsh making it feel sterile and less homelike.

Positive: Loved the cleanliness and the comfort of the open plan kitchen and lounge area. Large enough space for our family of 2 adults and 2 under 5s. The private spa right outside the room was a nice bonus. It was our second time staying here and would go back in the future.
Negative: Only improvement could be the shower head pressure. There was not enough pressure.

Positive: The team here are wonderful and the facilities are above and beyond. Very clean and comfortable, close to the city centre, very spacious well kept apartments. We were lucky enough to be able to watch the league without having to leave the apartment as it had full SKY tv coverage - its the little things ❤️

Negative: The only negative was the quality of the shampoo provided as it is really drying caused my hair to break. However easy enough fix and not really a big deal!
